SERVICE AGREEMENT:CANCELLATIONS:Appointment dates and times may be changed or canceled without penalty up to twenty (24) hours before the scheduled appointment time. Changes or cancellations less than 24 hours before shoot time will incur a change/cancellation fee of $75. Changes to the content of a shoot (e.g., the addition of features) may require rescheduling and will incur additional fees. PROPERTY CONDITION/ACCESS:Preparation is essential to a quality result! A home preparation guide will be sent via email with each appointment confirmation. Cultivated R.E.M will not capture properties that are not camera ready upon arrival. If an appointment is deemed unready by the arriving staff member, an appointment will be canceled, and payment is non-refundable or captured AS IS. It is the primary scheduling contact’s responsibility to monitor the readiness of the property and/or any other factors that may affect Cultivated R.E.M's ability to complete the appointment, including access. Cultivated R.E.M will not shoot properties that are not camera-ready upon arrival. COPYRIGHT NOTICE AND PHOTO CREDIT:Cultivated R.E.M keeps the copyright protection of all digital images. Cultivated R.E.Mreserves the right to use all images for the promotion of Cultivated R.E.M but not a third party.The Licensee has permission to use these images on any electronic or printed form ofadvertisement for the promotion of that property for (i) the duration of the listing for propertylistings; (ii) an indefinite period for commercial photography. Images cannot be alteredafter they are in Licensee’s possession. Images cannot be sold or otherwise transferred byLicensee to another person(s) for any reason whatsoever. All licensed commercial photography published on the web or in print must include the followingcredit line adjacent to the Licensed Material: “©Cultivated R.E.M.” If Licensee omits the credit, an additional fee of up to one hundred percent (100%) ofthe license fee may be payable by Licensee at Cultivated R.E.M's sole discretion.**All 3D tours include 60 days of hosting. Additional hosting costs may apply after 60 days.**We only hold assets for 90 days, we recommend you download all content as soon as received.Privacy Policy for Text Messaging ConsentBy providing your mobile number, you consent to receive text messages from us related to your appointments, updates, and promotional offers.
